Upon entering the building the lobby was extremely Today was my first time ever ordering from here I ordered 2 buy one get one free chicken fried rice and all four of them were half empty one isn't posted this is unacceptable if you're paying your money you should actually receive your full product especially when they're advertising the offer

Roshell has Absolutely amazing customer service every time I call! She’s always friendly, patient, and makes sure my order is 100% correct. She also gives great recommendations that never disappoint. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and making sure everything is perfect. Hibachi Grill is lucky to have her!!!

Rochelle is the best, she is always professional and polite, helps me with any questions I have about the menu and always steers me in the right direction, always makes sure my sauces are in the bag and everything is correct. I know when I walk in and see Rochelle everything is gonna be on point. Some of the best spicy hibachi around hands down.
