Extremely disappointed by the way I was treated over the phone today. I called this morning to inquire about placing a larger order for a product with a 24/48 hour pickup - Fully understanding that it was under short notice, only inquiring if it was a possibility. The boy who took my call and the baker he was communicating with treated me like I was an idiot and were so demeaning and disrespectful.
