The waitress was very short and nasty from the get go. She must have been pissed of with someone before she came to take our order. So as the night progressed she became a little nicer. But at this point I will not go back. Food wad ok. I traveled too far to try it out to get that kind of service.
We stopped in for a Friday Night Fish Fry on a cool rainy night and the place was packed. Great northwoods atmosphere with lots of cool taxidermy including a hammer head shark, full body deer mounts and just about every woodland creature that exists in the Upper Peninsula. Due to number of patrons the wait was a bit long but we enjoyed a few beers and the fish fry was really good.
Part of our hunt club -7 men - was there for the Friday night fish-fry on November 15, 2024. The food was very good; and the outdoor/hunting/fishing decor is excellent! The restaurant was full of people being served -very busy - but the service was great! In appreciation, we gave our waitress an extra large tip! She deserved it!😎😃
