I love this place so much it was a mandatory planned part of my wedding night! My husband and I stopped there on our way home from the reception. Nothing hits like a congress pizza.Dietary restrictions: I get a gluten free pizza due to allergy and I NEVER get sick. They take every precaution possible.
Let’s begin with the fundamentals. Crust: Crisp, crunchy, thin, and cooked to perfection just like your Roman grandmother. Seriously, you will eat more than necessary, just for the textural sensation. Sauce: handmade, just like the dough and resulting crust, perfectly paired, and layered to your desired toppings.
