This was a great experience for us. We were told the Cudighi here was a must try. I personally really enjoyed it, but the ketchup and mustard made it a bit too bright of a taste. I think the Cudighi taste was covered, which was unfortunate, but the sausage itself was good. My family didn't like the sandwich because of the ketchup and mustard, but likely would have loved it without those condiments. The BBQ chicken pizza was delicious!
Stopped there on the way home from Isle Royale backpacking (worn out, tired, HUNGRY) and just wow. The menu is just this: pizza. The atmosphere was great and staff and patrons all seemed to know each other and were super nice. What we got was thin crust pizza perfection. It is simply GREAT.
I'm Celiac and dairy free. I was able to get a gluten free pizza with dairy-free cheese. The crust and cheese were amazing! The staff are so friendly! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
