If you're from metro Detroit like we are, this is the only restaurant that comes close to Coney Islands back home! Good food, could be cheaper, but it's worth it considering there's not a lot of good food in Jackson, and the service is always great with friendly staff!

Food is pretty good For this diner. it's the only actual good eatery that Jackson crossing actually has within the mall. every other eatery is just fast food stuff like pretzels and candy snacks! Staff is pretty friendly and pricing for the meals are very fair!

The waitress really makes the experience. Today we came at the usual busy lunch time but was seated quickly and got a very prompt, kind, and on point waitress. I didnt get her name but she said christmas eve will be 16 yrs since she started there. Anyways, the food was a little off today, burger kinda dry, husband didnt get mashed and gravy until end of meal, and first round of waffle fries were not done all the way. However the waitress did her very best to make sure we were well taken care of in the drinks and updates department and even was trying to hurry the kitchen along. I just wanted give her props. I'll be back bc Alpha does have the best burgers and staff.

There is nothing like great customer service. I called there and spoke with Kira and she was extremely accommodating with my order for my father-in-law. At 90 years old, I believe he should be able to eat whatever he wants and typically that is not usually what is on a normal restaurant menu. However, she completely went the extra mile and I was able to order exactly what he wanted with a price that was about half of what I thought they should charge me. The food was absolutely perfect and he loved it. He literally ate every bit of it. Thank you so much to both Alpha Koney Island and especially Kira.

We love this place! Lisa was our server today and she was so amazing! Super friendly and checked on us often..also the desserts are so underrated! We had the baklava cheesecake and it was definitely a 10/10!
Had breakfast..very good and waitress was very very nice. Did not wait long for our food..price were okay. Equivalent to other places.. We had a big group our waitress did a fantastic job

I eat there about once a month and everything I've had has been very good!! Excellent breakfasts !!! Biscuits and sausages gravy, hippy hash, skillets,Belgian waffles,pancakes, love the sausages and bacon!! All the waitresses are very friendly and its close to the expressway
