Ordered 4 meals online for pickup, showed up to find they don't have current prices online, they also didn't care when I brought it to their attention (bait and switch). Gyros were amazing though. My colleagues and I spend around $50-$80 per day on takeout in Jackson.

Stopped in with family for lunch. Will NEVER return! It was Black Friday, and yes, it was busy, but still does not justify the TWO HOURS it took for our food to arrive! When it finally did, half of it was cold, 3 items were incorrect, and nothing came out together. We had a plate delivered, then 5 minutes later, another plate arrived, etc. Going to eat as a family, means eating as a family. Numerous other tables around us placed their orders after we did, got their food before we did, and left, way before any of ours even arrived. Waitress never came to the table to refill our drinks. The cashier simply said "I'm sorry" and then tried to give us a gift certificate for $20. What for? Not like we'll ever be returning to use it! Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable lunch with family. Not the holiday memories we wanted! DO BETTER!

Very upset, it is Wednesday and they are supposed to be open until 7:30 pm, and I called at 5:23 pm to place an order. I was told they close their grill at 5:15 pm on Wednesdays. What is the actual point?! I've worked in the food industry and I've NEVER heard of anyone closing their kitchen 2 hours and 15 minutes before they close! I will just have to find another place to get my gyros! Can't even get dinner at a normal hour at Alpha. No thanks!

I was there Friday 11/1/24 and had their breakfast and I had the meat lover skillet which is very good. A lot of food for the money and the service was great.

This restaurant has gone downhill over the years I’ve been coming with my family. Today we wanted to get breakfast and sat for a good 6 minutes with all the servers passing by us and not even acknowledging us….the restaurant was absolutely slow so there was no reason to not greet us or anything…i saw servers on their phones, eating while looking out in the dinning room. I’ve served 9 years and still do so you can’t give me a reason as to why I wasn’t greeted by a server…this was the last time you’d get my service! For anyone else I recommend going to Roosters by Kroger, they are ABSOLUTELY amazing! You get the moneys worth and amazing service!
