Not one to throw a big fit but waited over 15 minutes just to get what I didn’t order one of the drinks I ordered as iced came hot and one of the bagels that I order with eggs and cheese came with both butter and cream cheese when I only ordered one that way just disappointing when you spent over 20 just to get what you didn’t order
Weekday morning crew is the best! I typically go through the drive thru. Good experience. I have sat in the dining room for coffee and a conversation. It was fairly comfortable for a long talk. Bathroom is available.
Power was out in half of the city of Jackson and this location was extremely busy. I came in with a very large order for our team and your staff was courteous and helpful!! they were hustling and kind at the same time! thank you!
