Best biscuits and gravy hands down. I've tried so many small restaurants, mom and pop shops. None of them ever have biscuits and gravy that even close to Bob Evans. Bob Evans also has some of the best breakfast sausages around . Bathrooms at this specific location really need some love though. Service is always good.

The food was disgusting. I’ve had not so great experiences the past couple times I’ve ate at this location. Nothing that would’ve been a complete meal killer. But tonight, the food was horrible. Never did get the complete order fulfilled. However, the taste of the eggs, hash browns, and hotcakes kept our party from requesting the rest of the missing items. The toast was like a rock. We did request a new toast for the 1 of 3 orders of toast that we had actually received. Unfortunately the waitress took the rock solid toast with her, but never returned with the new toast (again just 1 of 3, as we hadn’t received the other 2 orders nor did we ever). I didn’t complain to management. It wasn’t the waitresses fault the food tasted horrible, nor was it the cooks fault for the missing items and poor service. Needless to say, this Bob Evan’s has a lot, or pretty much everything to improve on. I’m not sure I’ll ever eat at a Bob Evan’s again. The food was detestable and I may not be able to get that out of my head even if I go to another location. Beware everyone, there is no good breakfast place in Jackson anymore. Bob Evan’s has fallen to the depths of Dennys and IHOP…

A very disappointing meal..biscuits were COLD and covered in a butter-like product..NEVER have I had butter poured on top of our biscuits. Gravy was barely warm. The restaurant was slow and it still took almost 25 minutes to get our food. Server took little interest in our disappointment.

Got seated waited over 10-15 minutes had asked the manager on duty for a waitress- still never got served ended up walking out when 3 other parties that were seated after us got served drinks and seen a waitress... completely unreal....

When you order a catered order for a certain time and date, it should be ready on time. It's 7:49, order should have been ready at 730, I'm still waiting. My team Breakfast was scheduled for 745. No sense of urgency. Still have to get food and drive to event. Not at all pleased.

Did not receive all of my meal on a take out. Manager was going to ca me back but never did. Check your orders before you leave. FYI put you on hold on the phone and never come back. Worst customer service ever.

I was hungry for a complete turkey dinner. I stopped at Bob Evans, ordered takeout. It was ready in 10 minutes on a busy Saturday night, the staff was friendly and my dinner was perfect. I will definitely go back.
