Not sure what happened to this chain. Food is bad, service is bad not because of the people, but because the business appears to have no process to manage anything above a moderate amount of people. Hire Culvers CEO and learn how to organize. Send me my check when this works.

Went to Bob Evans yesterday the manager closed a section down and sent a worker home the other workers knew this because they watched her walk out the door..They set me and my fiancee in the very back of the restaurant with no one else there for 45 minutes. Never placed anyone else in that area..All the white couples that came in was placed in the middle. We were racially profiled and segregated from the rest of the people and the restaurant. The manager walked past 3 times with shock on his face..when we left we still tipped and all the manager could do was say sorry .He said sorry but he knew he had closed that area down so why would the door lady seat us over there.My waitress Stacy was very nice but the tall lady and door short chucky door lady and the tall lady with 2 braids continued to walk past and make smirks with their face.It was uncalled for and I want eat at the W.Mich Ave Bob Evans in my town again.But I did appreciate the manager apology. But I felt like he could have been charged the situation the second we sat down and he passed us before we even received our drinks and say this area closed moved them with everyone else But it never happened

Sat down to have a meal and all we can hear is music blasting in the cook singing Justin Timberlake and John Legend off key. No matter how much you try to tune it out you can't do it. Avoid this particular restaurant location.
Don’t go here if you want a Patty melt. Although is states on google that they do we were informed upon arrival that they don’t have Patty melts on their menu. Also no Dr. pepper soda?! What!!!!!

Typical Bob Evens. It is usually not too busy. Cleanliness is probably between 3 and 4 stars but other than that we go there regularly. I like the pot roast sandwich and the banana bread
