Our server Taylor was very rude. She refused to serve us after we had brought a drink inside. She asked us to take it out and we did with no defiance. The hostess even spoke to her about not serving us and she still wouldn’t. She served everyone around us but refused to come to our table again.

Came into really looking forward to a good dinner and although the food was good… our server was AWFUL all the tables around us were filthy whenever we needed something she was over in the corner talking to another girl. We’ve been in so many times and never had such and neglectful service as we did with Taylor.
10/10 don’t recommend having Taylor as a server here.

This has been one of the poorest dining experiences ever. It took a long time to take drink orders, we waited 40 plus minutes for food to be brought out. When it finally came, it was cold. We were not checked on during our meal. The waiter was uncaring and did not follow up. Tables all around us were dirty for our entire visit. The restaurant was not full by any means.

Pink and blue haired girl was extremely slow. Everyone was waiting forever for take out. She had a blank stare like she doesn’t know how to do her job. If I made $10 an hour I guess I wouldn’t care about my job either. On another note, hygiene should be addressed as I don’t enjoy the scent of musty employees as they walk by. Food was okay

Small simple order, but they forgot my large fries, got 5 pieces instead of 6, 3 orders of vegetables and received one. Didn't notice until got home. Called them and was putting on hold for a while. Was told to refund for the fries but didn't even ask for my name or order number and got hung up.

I loved the passionita (virgin cocktail) add titos. The bartender was wonderful. I got food to go really quick. Such a vibe.

I have been here several times, asked them to make my wings fresh because I like my food hot. EVERY TIME MY FOOD COMES OUT COLD.....SO MY OPINION THEY SUCK...

It was noon on Black Friday. Surely managementus prepared for customers... I went to try the new sauce advertised, they were out. I ordered food anyways. I waited 20 minutes for my food, it got to me cold. Reordered my food, and after all that, it was just okish. Cost me $25 and an hour of time for a below average lunch. Not impressed.

The experience we had at the Jackson Buffalo Wild Wings could not have been worse. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband, son and I came in to watch the end of our team’s football game. The hostess was incredibly rude - no eye contact, no smile, no urgency, just complete disgust with having to do her job (giving us menus and seating us). She did seat us. The restaurant was steady, but not crowded - plenty of servers and open tables. We literally sat there for over 30 minutes without a glance from anyone. Menus on our table, looking around…nothing. No one ever came. At one point all the servers were gathered in the servers station talking and standing around. I tried to make eye contact and nothing. We got no drinks, no food. Just ended up watching the last quarter of our game and leaving. I asked the hostess for a card for the manager when we left, she glared at me and said they don’t have those. She could not have cared less that perhaps I had an issue. What has happened to good customer service? Paying attention to the world around you and working as a team? The manager at this BWW should be mortified that this is what is happening at their restaurant. Such a disappointment.
