Normally enjoy my visit here with my little ones. But to ask for a Pepsi 3 times and to be overcharged by “mistake” was kinda not reflective of the typical service that they normally have.
Cascades Ice Cream Co is hands down our favorite Ice Cream Shop in Jackson. This is a family-run business that is always very kind. Everyone is always in such a great mood, ready to serve with a smile! Even when the drive-through has a decent-sized line, they are quick and efficient! As always, we will be back. 🙏🍦
My wife & I stopped here on a whim and I'm honestly glad we did. Super creamy, tons of flavor, and not stingy with the scoops! Got superman & moose tracks - both hit.
