I have been in the drive thru for 45 minutes when everyone around me has gotten their food and left. When I said something they seriously had to write down my order and make it. I will never come back here. So unorganized for those in drive thru made to pull ahead and wait. And the fries taste like they have been fried in oil with fish. Disgusting.
if you do a pick up better check your order I was shorted and made a comment back to the Corp office and then received an email for the Jackson store sent my receipt to them and NOTHING NEVER heard back. They will short your order and do nothing about it too expensive as it is and get shorted on the order 0 stars for follow up
