My order was wrong. Ordered Garden salad, but got Caesar salad instead. Didn't get the Garlic Butter I ordered. The "parmesan" stuffed crust was stuffed with a rope of rubbery mozzarella instead of Parmesan. Crust was gooey and under cooked, toppings were very few.

Handing a customer complaint with “not our fault” is certainly not how you do business. Mgr Sierra needs some customer service training…when your company messes up an order you make it right. Spinach and feta pizza with red sauce?! No one thought to question that? You’ve lost our families business permanently and by the looks of your reviews, your terrible customer service is a known huge issue. Do better.
