The staff is great and the customer service is top-notch, with the team doing great. They were so tentative, and the guy serving free bread sticks kept checking up to see if more was needed. Music wasn't too loud and was appropriate. The lady at the front was wonderful and made sure everyone was pleased with their meals. Fazoli's is a nice place, considered fast food, but the people should be tipped like Olive Garden employees.
