Eatten here twice since open. Once was quiet slow and the second was very busy. I waited about the same time for my food which makes sense being that its cooked fresh. My fries however the second time were not allowed to cook long enough and were quiet soggy. Regardless I will return for the smash burgers.

Absolutely amazing. Took my allergies very seriously and were extremely friendly. The manager was extremely reassuring when it came to my allergies. The food was really good and definitely will be going back again. Thank you to all the staff that gave me a place i feel confident with eating at!

Just unfortunately, not impressed. I had never been to a Five Guys before but my husband has from a different state. He's always talked very highly of it so we were very excited to try out our new five guys. We knew going in that they can be a little pricey, but I was always told it's because the quality of the food is way better than other fast food restaurants. Well unfortunately that didn't seem to be the case tonight. Fries were extremely soggy, burger was no better than a burger at Burger King, shake machine was down, employees were kinda meh in the way of attitude. I wish I had kept my receipt so I could be done a proper survey. But yeah, not impressed and will definitely spend $50 somewhere else next time. Shame that Jackson seems to ruin everything except for chick fil a.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a while; Esther the manager was absolutely a legend! I had a simple question so I called the store and I spoke with Esther, she not only answered my question but then invited me into the store so she could make sure I got the best experience possible. The food was great and service was fairly quick. Overall will be visiting again, although online ordering would be preferred.

I have eaten Five Guys for years so I have no complaints about the price. It was always either in Ann Arbor or Detroit but this Five Guys does not taste the same. IDK what's missing but something is missing. The fries and the milk shake are the same but something is different about the burger that makes you crave it. I was excited for this to be in Jackson because I like their food and wouldn't have to get it so infrequently since the closest one was in Ann Arbor but I don't think I'll be going until they figure out what they're doing different from the others. It just doesn't taste as good and that's as best as I can describe it.

Let me tell you something: the crew at this Five Guys knows what’s up! When I walked in I was greeted immediately by some lovely ladies who LOOKED at me when I walked in. This greeting wasn’t to check a box required by the boss. They were engaged and ready to go. After I ordered, I told her I had another order to pick up. She walked over to the food prep area, found my order in progress, pointed it out to me, and let the person who called out the orders know who I was. When my order was done, the young man called my name and had the warmest smile on his face. I don’t know his name, but man was he a good hire for Five Guys! He put the cherry on top of my experience with his overall attitude and energy. That guy deserves some kudos for sure! Not everyone chooses to show up and do a good job, but he does!
If you want cheap, mediocre food, go to other chain restaurants that serve burgers and fries. If you want something delicious, go to Five Guys!

We love FG, happy to have one in the area now. Staff is kind and seem relatively happy.
We have been twice, both times the burgers have been great, today they looked top notch.
The fries have been soft both times, with no crisp on them. When ordering we did ask if they could be fried longer, they informed us they could not. Suggested that we keep our bag open while traveling.
We got regular and Cajun fries, seasoning is on point, perfect amount. However, we tried our fries right away and we kept our bags open. They were soft from the jump, they either need to be fried longer or the temp in the fryer is not getting hot enough.
Again the staff has been stellar, we are excited to have a FG. The fries are my only complaint.
They are on the pricier side but I do think it is worth it, we also knew this beforehand. It’s a treat not an every day.
Our wait was just a tad longer this time over last, but there was open table space for us to sit/wait at.

Tried the new five guys for my birthday. And compared to Annarbor , it was a little lacks. The lettuce was slimy and the fries were soggy and floppy. Good flavor though....
