I prefer Jackson coney and Virginia but if you're trying to impress the suits you'll wanna go here. It's an upscale hotdog joint and the dogs are really good. The fries are excellent. Top chips. The service is good and the music reminds me of a piano bar or Billy Joel type classic rock and folk stuff. For the older crowd like me or for the younger crowd who like retro. We don't get to Jackson very often and when we do we normally just hit one of the bigger chain restaurants. Tonight we decided to go downtown and see what we could find. We found ourselves by the Junk Yard dog so we decided to go in. Well we went in and the very nice waitress came over and explained how limited our meal options would be as the grill was shut down and cleaned.
