I visit here about once a week every month for work, the older bartender/ waitress has always been amazing very attentive and polite but this new girl that's only there a couple nights is typically rude and very inattentive, she's taken my food from me while I was still eating this week. Checkin and check out went smoothly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise randomly at 1am . The pool was small but appeared cleaned and cared for. They have a little umbrella like splash area for kids in there as well. I paid extra for the breakfast. Don’t it wasn’t worth. The food is so good, nice big portions and not over seasoned. A gem for Jackson! The service is great and I especially liked their front desk staff, the manager is so kind and genuine. Breakfast was awesome! Dinner burgers are great too
