The last couple times have definitely not been great.Today, I ordered through the app, for my food to be ready at 5:30... When I arrived (about 5:35) my order wasn't ready on the pickup shelves. The cashier finished taking the order she was working on, asked if I needed help and I informed her of my app order and name. It wasn't until then I noticed them start working on my order. I enjoyed the lady on the speaker. She was very considerate with my big order and the service was really fast, it was busy and they moved so quickly! I actually just left there a couple minutes ago and being so close to closing they fulfilled my families dinner needs. I would recommend to everyone.
