The steak was medium well and cooked correctly but there was a lack of seasoning on it. While the baked potato was so salty I could barely eat half.

We ate their for my friends 81st birthday. The steak was so tuff I couldn't even cut it. 3 tables around us had the same problem. Manger blamed it on the cook. It's the quality of the meat not the cook. No one could have chewed that meat. Maybe a bear

Ordered Queens lands steak and shrimp on pasta. This meal was $21 + with no sides. Not even a salad. Waiter ordered for us extra sauce. Sauce was more watery then Alfredo style. Whole 6 shrimp with maybe 5oz of steak before cooked. Was it good? Sure. Not for the price. Not even close. Way too little protein with about enough pasta for 2 if not 3 people. This is the first time going to outback in years. Most likely last time. Texas roadhouse will be getting my business from now on.

Very slow service. Over an hour to get 2 entrees and restaurant was half empty.
Surprisingly, I had the best steak in a long time (from anywhere). Bartender was prompt and took care of me.

We had a great experience at the Jackson, Mi. Outback. We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived. Every member of the staff were friendly and answered all our questions. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion. The meal that we had was delicious. We both had the Alice spring chicken and it was perfect. All in all it was great and we plan to go back to try other dishes.
