My all time favorite steak place. Love the largest size Victoria filet although decreased in size over the years in all the meal and food portions. So could be larger again. Love the bread and bloomin sauce. Ranch salad and twiced baked loaded mash potatoes or sweet potatoe fries and their costal cocktail Liberty our waitress did extremely well 👏 at the Jackson MI location and Hope at the Lansing Michigan location 👏

Tried the Bloomin’ Shrimp and it was phenomenal. We had a large group of 14 and the service was excellent. We picked Outback over Texas Roadhouse because Outback is much more gracious with their seating space. TR tries to shove 8 people in a booth lol.
Decided to go out to eat this past weekend (1-11-25) to Outback. We had 5 adults with us. 3 of us ordered Filets Medium. We waited 1 hr for our food to come out (1st problem). When it came out all 3 steaks were beyond well done. So we sent them all back. Then a Manager or something came out and said "Well the cook knew they would be overcooked because they sat in the window too long" (2nd problem). So now its been 1 hr and 15 mins. Our steaks come out, all 3 of us full from sides and appetizer at that point. So we take the steaks home. Then I go to pay, I had a $175 bill. I pushed 18% on the little device you pay on now. The tip came out at $51. So I thought it was a mistake, so I asked the waitress to cancel it. So I pushed 18% again, and again it was $51. So I processed it. But on the way home I then realized that machine was wrong. 18% of $175 is not $51. So their machines are rigged to over pay their staff (3rd problem). When we tried to eat our steaks at home, Not 1 of the 3 had any seasoning (4th problem).
So it was an absolute horrible experience. This was at the Jackson, Michigan location. Will not be going back there anytime soon.

Sat in with 5 guests at 6:02 and received our food at 7:04 and had 3 filets that were ordered medium and were so well done and dry they were practically dry rotted. Completely grey and absolutely no pink visible in the middle and the manager came back with a terrible attitude towards us for a mistake they made!
