We absolutely LOVE Outback as of the last couple years. We stopped coming in because we just didn't feel valued by the staff around 4 or 5 years ago, but there is new management that has this ship tight and running smooth. Cheryl and Kylie are super friendly and have a great relationship with their servers, which shows in customer service at the table. We have a few wait staff that we ask for, but they have a wonderful crew as of now. We will continue to keep coming back...

Outback was actually really good. The food came out hot and tasted fresh, and the steak was cooked exactly how I asked. The fries and bread were honestly my favorite part. The service was nice too, and we didn’t have to wait that long. I’d definitely go back and recommend it if you’re looking for a good place to eat. The food and service makes you feel warm.

Me and the family were heading home to Romulus Mi and came across this location! From the time we walked in the staff was on point!!! The food was cooked just like we liked it! Every thing was exactly how dining in should be!! It was clean which is a must for me!!! Thank you Outback in Jackson Michigan! You got it right
