Then told have to wait 25 mins I'm confused 🤔 shouldn't they be more prepared for the night rush and acted as if customers were the issue and said well since we close in an hour we don't make anymore okay so close an hour early so customers don't have to 1 deal with you're rude attitude not our fault you work here an 2 be prepared and 3 know when your rush happens and don't. This place will be gone 1 more year tops

I wish I could give a 0 star review. This is the worst location I have ever gone too. Not only have I got metal shaving in my food but they don't accept gift cards from their own customer service. Refused to replaced food they forgot to give us because we didnt have the receipt that they forgot to prove.
The manager Annie is the rudest manager I have come across.

Kai made the experience at this panda the best one I have ever had! Absolutely the best customer service I've seen in a while, handled a lunch rush with the best aditude and spoke to each customer with a detail oriented focus that made sure each person left highly satisfied!!!

So disappointed with my order of Kung pao chicken bowl paid $8.80 for nothing but rice and no chicken only peanuts,zucchini, red bell pepper,red chili peppers all very small pieces just enough to cover rice not happy and server WAS CRYSTAL C SHAME ON YOU
Busy place at night, on this visit quite a few unsupervised teens in the place making a mess. Felt sorry for staff having to clean up after them

After charging 1125 or the walnut shrimp then they charge me another dollar 25 not once but why because I got the plate. What a major overcharge 4 what is actually nothing. Will not return Thanks for the price gouge. Went back after 4 yrs and they still up charge and you don't get everything you order

Worst location ever. I can go on and on but i got cold food at the drive through. I took it back in asking for a refund cuz its a food safety concern. Its a drive through and you have warmers. The food has been more stale and cold everytime i come but it was unacceptable this time. I think their warmers have been going out and now dont work at all. I had to argue with the manager (Selena i think) for a refund. I kept telling her im servsafe certified and i dont trust any of the food. She finally loudly got it like i was broke or something. Im not, your warmers are.
