4th time in a row they’ve messed up our to go orders. Getting sick of it for how expensive it is and then they have the nerve to ask for a tip when they can’t fill a simple order when their dining room is empty and employees are standing around. Got the new stacker thing that’s on an Asiago bagel and it looks pitiful. For reference their advertised picture is in the review. There are like 10 pieces of shredded cheese on the bagel and then well, you can see the sandwich. Advertisements verses reality should be criminal like in Japan. Forgot all of our rolls for the order and we have 5 soups. No chips that ordered with the sandwiches. Ignored the order that said no pumpkin seeds on the soup. These things seem somewhat small I know, but we really need to keep higher standards. I really just want to give up on them at this point. Oh and we placed the order for a certain time for pickup and they were 25 min behind. Go to Potbelly or anywhere else. Kroger has better sandwiches these days.

Food is fine, service is fine but for the price you pay there is not a lot of value. The bathrooms are a bit disgusting. I like Panera Bread and the convenience but it could be a bit better.

I went to the soups and Mac section of the menu to find that there’s only Mac n cheese. I hope they can manage to still have sandwiches.

The food and drinks are normally good, but I opened my sandwich before eating it and noticed they had shoved in Italian deli meat in the top of it. In a vegetarian sandwich. Imagine doing this with cheese or shellfish to someone who has an allergy? I’m really disappointed in the quality of one of my first food orders from here in over a year.

Look, is it a tad pricey for the portions, maybe, not really for me to argue about, it's always chill in there and has a good vibe, food is always on point and it comes out very fast so, overall 4.5/5

The person working the pickup counter was SO incredibly rude and condescending. I asked where we get the cups and she said in a snarky tone that theyre in the bag, as if I should already know this. But the kiosk said we were to grab our own self serve cups...like any other panera I've ever been to. Then we pull the cups out and theres only 2 but I paid for a drink with my son's kids meal so I question her about it and shes insinuating that im lying and then I show her on the receipt 3 drinks. So she says again so nasty, that she gave me 3 drinks. So I pull everything out of the two bags that I received and no third drink. By this point, I'm over it and want to get out of there so I dump out my drink to refill it with the flavor my son wants and she then offers the third drink. I left. I didnt drop $48 on lunch to be talked to so rudely over something that was as simple as just giving me the third cup from the beginning without questioning me and my purchase.

I didn’t think it could possibly take this long to serve people. You even put in a takeout and wait a half hour prior and you’re still going to wait a half hour for your food

Just wanna say the take care of there customers. Had a mixup with an order and the manager handled it exceptionally. Altho I did come in to get it replaced and was told they wasn't sure what I was talking about. The manager took down my number and got to the root of it and took the time out of her day to give me a call and make things right. Thank you

Had Perera out of state was great came to my local one. 1 im disturbed by how dirty the place was, trash everywhere. 2 The size of the portions was tiny compared to the one I ate from 2 days prior, 3 the food tastes terrible compared to the one from out of state. 4 found hair in my food. 5 I feel extremely sick as I write this

Order was over 35 mins past the suggested time. Staff was very overwhelmed although the manager was trying her best. We had to cancel our order because the couldn't even tell us when it might be ready. This is a very busy location just off the freeway. I would suggest never going here.
