Locked the doors 2 minutes before they closed and I didn't get my order I paid for. Messages me at 844 saying the order was taking longer than expected. Once you said it was ready I left and got there before you closed to find the doors locked.

I enjoy coming to Panera Bread quite a bit. So, I have been to more than I can remember over the last several years. I have noticed that some are better maintained than others. This location seemed to be one of the older style cafes and is starting to show its age. The food and service were on par with what one would expect from any Panera or fast causal restaurant. I would be nice to see this location updated to the newer Panera standard that I have seen at other locations.

Food and staff are great but my main issue is the price. While not being outrageous I think for the mediocrity of the food (just the recipes Panera uses not the actual quality) it’s a little high, but in the end not enough to really write home about if you enjoy the taste. Summed up? This would be a 5 star, but some items cost more than I feel they’re worth.

Very friendly staff. The food tasted very good but, the soup was a little cool. I wish it would have come out warmer. Maybe the brown was cold. The dining room was cold also. But, the soup tasted good and the sandwich was great.
