What a horrible experience….we should up about 5 minutes after the app said food is ready. Pulled up to the window. Grabbed food. Just before we pulled away we noticed we were missing some items on our order. We waited at the drive through window. 15 minutes goes by and several people walk by inside including out the door by the drive through. No one acknowledges. 20 minutes goes by now and there are three vehicles behind us that have also been waiting. At the same time we all go and park to just go inside at which the dining room is closed. Go back in line. Wait another 5 minutes for someone to come to the window and says “what’s the problem” explain the problem and they grab the food. No sorry,explanation,coupon,or anything. Food had gotten cold in all that time anyways. Last time we go there. Ridiculous!

Went to pick up pizza on boardman rd on 4/13/25 in the evening. As employee opened the window I noticed she had on dark sunglasses, and the strong aroma of marijuana coming from instead. I have never had an issue with this location. This is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza online and was given a pickup time for 20 minutes later. We arrived at the store 45 minutes later and was told that our pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. There was a long line of people having the same issue as us. We told them to cancel our order and asked for our money back since we paid online - we were told only a manager could do that and they couldn't come out front at that time but they would take our name down and have them process the refund. Needless to say, we never got our money back. This is the second time we've had this same issue so we will not visit this location anymore even though it is the more convenient one...save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Took 40 minutes to get my pizza. No apology! But the pizza was hot! Not over baked and delicious! Just didn't like waiting so long.

7 1/2 minutes for a large pizza? What Da hell??? 375' degrees for the oven? Is this really how it's done? No wonder such a weight problem in this state, people are eating raw food!!!! Pizza not even cooked on bottom barely able to hold in your hand without falling apart is not a pizza. There should be structure and rigidness and crunch! What Da hell???? A standard pizza should take at least 12 to 15 minutes to cook on a 400 to 500 degree oven. To everyone at this location you can do better this is just sloppy please stop cutting corners!

Put in for a take out order about 2 hours in advance and still had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for them to finish making my food. Shouldn't take that long for something that was supposed to have a scheduled pickup time. Not to mention the staff disappeared after asking about the name on my order. A server had to come up to see if I'd been helped because he saw me standing waiting for so long.
