Ordered pizza online and was given a pickup time for 20 minutes later. We arrived at the store 45 minutes later and was told that our pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. There was a long line of people having the same issue as us. We told them to cancel our order and asked for our money back since we paid online - we were told only a manager could do that and they couldn't come out front at that time but they would take our name down and have them process the refund. Needless to say, we never got our money back. This is the second time we've had this same issue so we will not visit this location anymore even though it is the more convenient one...save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

7 1/2 minutes for a large pizza? What Da hell??? 375' degrees for the oven? Is this really how it's done? No wonder such a weight problem in this state, people are eating raw food!!!! Pizza not even cooked on bottom barely able to hold in your hand without falling apart is not a pizza. There should be structure and rigidness and crunch! What Da hell???? A standard pizza should take at least 12 to 15 minutes to cook on a 400 to 500 degree oven. To everyone at this location you can do better this is just sloppy please stop cutting corners!

Put in for a take out order about 2 hours in advance and still had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for them to finish making my food. Shouldn't take that long for something that was supposed to have a scheduled pickup time. Not to mention the staff disappeared after asking about the name on my order. A server had to come up to see if I'd been helped because he saw me standing waiting for so long.

I am writing this review to commend this location not just for their food but also for our server Reegan she was not only accommodating her professionalism and sweet spirit is a breath of fresh air, I had an unusual request that she adhered to perfectly. If you're looking for an excellent server (Reegan) and are hungry for good pizza, wings (bone-in that tasted better the BWW), and Triple Chocolate Brownies this location rocks. THANK YOU REEGAN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Pizza was cooked perfectly and delivery speed was exactly as promised. Typical great pizza from our favorite Pizza Hut. Many more pizzas ahead for us.
