Stop hiring incompetent teenage workers. Either train them right or dont hire! Cant get a sub correct or even cut it. Such incompetence is unacceptable and will not continue to spend money here if the workers cant get it right!

Order was entirely wrong. Bacon was raw in the wrap. Other sandwich was entirely wrong.
Food was cold. Soup was cold.

Service was good at the window but the food was utter garbage and entirely wrong.
45 dollars spent plus a tip. Highly disappointed.

Im not even sure how to many stars to give here because there wasn't any service at all... The hours posted on the door for Sunday (Today) June 22nd, 2025 are 9-3. My 65 year old mother, my daughter and I pulled up to the door at around 11:30am in 97 degree weather so that I could drop them off to get inside air conditioning. She pulled the door handle and it was locked. I told her try again maybe they forgot to unlock it ? She tried again looking in the window there were customers and workers just looking at her like a deer in the headlights as she is standing there holding my 5 month year old baby sweating and dying from the heat. She put her hand up like why is the door locked? private party? and again just stared at her.

Her and I were very upset and over heated and would have appreciated a sign on the door or something! I can't believe they just stared at us. So I called 3 times to see what was going on and nobody picked up for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous and would like something done about this please. Thank You.

The food is always delicious! I usually use the drive thru because the layout of the store confuses me and makes me anxious. Today I decided to go into the store. The workers seemed stressed and the young man behind the counter had the worst attitude. They don’t tell you when you are suppose to move down the counter and when my boyfriend went to ask if the young man if he was working on our BLTA he rudely replied “yes it’s a BLTA but there’s also the drive thru.” And then proceeded to make our sandwiched while throwing things around. I understand being stressed and understaffed but you work in customer service, be kind!

I order a Apple Walmart salad and received a bowl full of old brown lettuce. If the lettuce is that old, is the single bite of chicken going to give me food poisoning? Other ingredients not found.
