My goodness I have never seen such utter nonsense for customer service. I placed an online order and it was beyond time for it to be ready. There were maybe 3 people in line and all four workers were attending to those customers while the online line just kept getting longer. Not ONE person acknowledged that we were even standing there. No hello, no can I help you..nothing. When I asked about my order the young blonde acted as if I was bothering her. My order was made and shoved in a bag and shoved towards me like I did something wrong. No thanks. Training is essential if these people are going to work in customer service. This is not it!!
