Updating that red lobster did contact me to try to make it right. I appreciate them listening to customer concerns. I will always give another shot to a company who tries to make it right.

Terrible service. The waiter Mike B was very rude. Every time we tried to ask for something, refill in drink and or endless shrimp he would walk away. He was not proactive and we felt neglected. I had to ask the hostess for a box after waiting 20 minutes for Mike to come...

So we come to this Jackson Red Lobster several times a year, whether it be for a date night or anniversary and I have to say, I'm always impressed with how kind and attentive the staff is. They are friendly all the way through, from the hostess on to the waiters/waitresses. Tonight, we had Brett for our server and I think he filled out drinks at least four times. The food was good but literally took 45 minutes and the restaurant was only 1/2 full. The waiter was polite but very very slow .... We waited at least 15 minutes for our water after he took our drink order. We were there for 2 hours for the meal and we were seated right away. I don't really understand why it took so long and they were out of many things - no broccoli, no cole slaw, no pasta - which we didn't find out until our food was delivered and my husband only...
