I’m really disappointed with our first ever experience at Stoyannas. The ice cream itself was some of the best I’ve ever had, but the service completely ruined it for me. When my mother-in-law went to order, the woman working was visibly grumpy and rude from the start. My mother-in-law speaks with a heavy accent and politely asked if they had a strawberry sundae. Instead of answering kindly, the employee snapped “What?” and then responded with a sarcastic “uhhh yeahhh”...read full review
Was disappointed with the service and the ice cream. The lady working was very rude. She seemed bothered by us stopping to get ice cream. The tables were covered in sticky ice cream and they had just opened. The cookie tasted frozen and there were very few hand dipped choices and no chocolate soft serve. Definitely disappointing
Wow! Absolutely delicious. My first experience- it was a hard decision to pick what I wanted to try for my first time. I told the woman to choose for me and I was not disappointed!
