I arrived at noon and they were really behind on orders as someone placed a very large order. I took 40 minutes to receive my order. There were upset customers, most understood. One demanded his money back. The manager handled it perfectly, explained the situation, apologized and refunded the money.
They definitely get busy in there. Greg customer service. If something takes long they give free drinks. And apologize. If something isn’t right they remake it immediately! No questions asked! They’re always super friendly and patient even if it’s chaos back there. Keep it up guys!
not very happy order Mexican pizza three soft shell Supremes and only got 2 and and 1 chicken soft supreme very unhappy tried to call and immediate voice mail so I couldn't even call to complain
