It was a little rocky coming in at first. Had to explain a few times why we needed a table for 6 people to eat a Dare to be Great(Birthday)
Understaffed isn't a reason for not accommodating customers.
She opened the table area and took our order.
After that she ( I didn't get her name) made our order and was very friendly and accommodating.
It needs some improvement with Customer relations (upbeat,smile,interact with people)

My 1st time eating here and I am glad I stopped to try it. They have a wide variety of ice creams (every flavor imaginable), deserts,breakfast all day,tons of burgers,hot dogs etc. I ordered the county fried chicken hashbrowns and scrambled eggs. I also ordered the fried cauliflower with ranch.Then a turtle Sunday 🐢!! Oh and mine was a small size..huge!! The other party with me ordered the regular sized brownie Sunday and it was gigantic. Great spot in Jackson! The food comes out hot, the ice cream is excellent, and the place is always clean. The staff is friendly and great with kids, and the owner is awesome — working right alongside the team and making the business better every day.
