This location I will say about the service was disappointing because of the workers not being friendly and do not explain as to why coupons would not work on certain items. I was very disappointed and won't be going back to this location for awhile.
Stopped by to try US Tim Hortons as I am Canadian, got a donut and an iced coffee, was just as good as what we have on the other side of the border.
location was quiet / not busy at that time. the 2 people working were very lovely. Will definitely be making this a frequent stop on my routes.

I love Tim Hortons coffee, and I usually go to the one off of Michigan Ave, however I stopped in tonight at the Airport Rd Tim Hortons, was doing a bit of Door Dash. I was greeted by Madi, who not only went over my dash order with me, but also sold me myself some tim bits. Madi is a breath of fresh air when it comes to so many who deal poor customer service. Madi was not only a great sales person, she has a warm inviting personality. She has fantastic customer service, and I will...
