She was friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure my order was correct and delivered with a smile. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out and made the visit even better. I ordered For my Teenage girls door dash while out of town. I spent over 55 dollars with half the order only being delivered! The Door Dash Lady named Lori was so polite and went back to get the rest of the order. Please note: she was handed this order from counter that had wet bag with stuff on it and asked for new bag to deliver per Lori Door dash the first time she was there. I personally called and spoke with Natalie who said she was the manager. Please note at this time the door dash driver was waiting for the missed half of order. Door dash Lady Lori was being told by Natalie Manager you should have picked up all the order and I can roll back the video. Door dash lady was saying You told me this was the whole order and did not give me the whole order and I even told you that the bag was wet with stuff on it and you had to put items in a new bag. Please Note: This whole time the Manager was on the phone with me the paying customer talking over me and not listening yelling what do you want me to do!!! All your doing is yelling at me and I’m not listening to this it is recorded!!! I the paying customer am totally ? write to demand Natalie the manager provide the paid for items to the Door Dash Driver Natalie! This took over 20 min for this unprofessional yelling Manager Named Natalie to provide paid for service! I am a Travel Nurse and have been all over the US at different Tropical Smoothies and have NEVER Been treated like this! I’m am so sickened by the disrespect and rude comments made the manager of Tropical Smoothie named Natalie has made to the Door Dash Driver Lori!!! I heard all of this while on the phone with this rude disrespectful Manager named Natalie! I had to try and get words in over the phone to ask who was the Owner and was just told to call corporate and The Manager named Natalie hung up the phone on me! Wowwww The OWNER needs to get ahold of me or Corporate. Please also note the door dash driver Lori has also contacted Door Dash to speak in the rude disrespectful Manager Natalie. The way this Manager of Tropical Smoothie Named Natalie spoke to me as a paying customer is totally unacceptable! The way she spoke also to the Door Dash Driver Lori was just plan sickening!
