My smoothie was okay she confused me when she said light or dark chocolate she actually said white or dark chocolate. It was still good My wife's smoothie however was pretty much crushed up ice had zero flavor. Too smoothies two cookies $21. Also couldn't believe how long we waited in the drive-thru.

I normally order through doordash pickup. I also had a doordash gift card so my intention was not to pay in store. Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve never had a problem with the pick up time. For some reason, it didn’t let me order for the day of. So I placed the order and asked them if they could make it now instead of the day the order was placed for. I’m not sure if there was a whole miscommunication but I thought she was saying that I could order a call in and I’d still be able to get the smoothies. I went there and she rang in my order and then proceeded to tell me the total and that I still had to pay for it. So therefore, I wasn’t able to get my smoothies and I had to cancel my doordash order.

Was not pleased with my smoothie. I had chunks of spinach and kale in it. I also had chunks of ice that kept clogging my straw. The taste of the smoothies are inconsistent.

It feels like a very toxic work environment. Everybody’s very snappy with everyone else morning shift. Multiple times have been rude when I’ve gone to pick up my order they’re very dismissive. Store manager is definitely not nice. I was in there having food and we were laughing and she’s just like really do you need to do that that loud. Horrible experience would not recommend anybody will not be back

I come here all the time, but this Tropical Smoothie in particular needs to focus on training. My smoothies 50% of the time are made wrong. I have food allergies too, so it’s dangerous for me. Also, you should double blend when you use protein powder without your customer having to ask. It thickens it and makes it not blend as well so there are big ice chunks.

My hopes is this reaches the owner. As we walked in there were two young ladies (employees) in the dining room just off to the side of the cash register speaking to some friends. Our initial services was pleasant and welcoming. As we sat and waited for our order, the dining room began to fill. The young lady that took our order stepped into the dining room and asked to other two employees to return to work and help. Instead of helping their team. The two ladies turned back to their friends and made a sarcastic comment began to laugh and looked back into the kitchen and did not not assist. They carried on their conversation with their friends for approximately 10 minutes longer.2-25-202412:15pm
I got the bahama mama this morning & it’s was so good & the girl working was nice. I got home & my cat decided to just chuck it off the table onto the carpet & the cup didn’t break & the lid stayed on so thank for for having great lids!

I was waiting a lifetime for this place to finally open! I saw the store and I saw the sign and numerous times I went but they were closed, getting my hopes up and my hopes dashed when I realized it was empty for quite sometime, wondering if it would ever open. Finally I was able to walk for the first time this past week after making a call confirming they were open for business. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is so cool, if you download the app you get deals and free drink for your birthday, which was the case for me, I walked into this place on my birthday and I ordered a Sunrise Sunset. The girls that worked there were starting to sing happy birthday to me, very sweet. And it helped that they were cute too. Clean, brand spanking new establishment, glad TSC finally opened here, Jackson really needs it.

So far I've not had a bad experience! Always quick and efficient service, yummy food, and kind workers! I'm so glad to get another healthy food establishment. So sick of garbage fast food options so this is a refreshing treat. Definitely pricey but comes with the territory of real medicinal food.
