My food was great. However service gets one star because i watched the meat guy drop a womans sandwich bun on the floor and then the sides guy picked it up and used it to make the womans sandwich!!
Decent food and great meal deals have us coming back, but they have the awful service. We have eaten here several times. They almost always forget something in our order or have some lame excuse on why they are out of something or why they got our order wrong. Tired of paying lots of money for things to be missing or for things unavailable after I ordered it. They need to hire better management to operate the place.

First time at this location. The staff didn't have hair nets on. The staff seemed to be in each other's way, not a very organized team. I wanted to have a baked potato with my 2 meat plate & was told I couldn't do that because it wasn't in the cost of the plate, I said I would do the up charge & was still told no. The restaurant wasn't very clean by the drink / silverware station.I definitely will be going back to the Rockford location.
