Went through the drive through after placing a mobile order for two drinks. The lady at the window was pretty rude and after she handed me my drinks I asked for 2 straws and she grabbed them aggressively through the window and shut the window on me again aggressively. Maybe she was just having a bad day but did not need to reflect onto me!
Visited both the drive thru and inside, all staff were super upbeat and friendly to everyone walking in the door. Fulfilled orders quickly and lots of comfortable seating for those wanting to stay a bit.
Moose and I loOoooOove visiting and getting lots of love, espresso, and pup cups! We are hoping, though, that you’ll increase your labor budgets on weekends to curb the construction chaos—so we don’t have to go all the way to Byron Center on Saturdays and Sundays. Great crew, not their fault, but please consider doubling up to improve operations until the construction dust settles. That line needs to move MUCH faster to keep your customers (including the furry ones) safe...
