I just left Sawall’s. I frequently shop there out of convenience. The customer service has always been lacking. Today was the last time. They were following me so closely, one gentleman almost stepped on my shoes. One was so close I could see his name tag (Alex) I didn’t even have my glasses on! Neither asked if I needed any assistance. There was a young man that kindly took the time to help me locate a couple things as was putting my cart away to leave. As I was walking out

Really liked the taste of the gelato. The whole flower presentation is a bit gimmicky, but you can have any number of flavors even in the small one which I really appreciate!

Disappointing. Only okay, tastes nice enough but it is a real shame it isn't made fresh. There were a few ice shards in one of my flavors. Two of our children opted to have the rose shape, it looked very pretty and "instagram ready" but is no where near the quality of Via Gelato in Portage
