We stopped in while in Kalamazoo and decided to try it. Thank you for the reviews that mentioned it is inside the grocery store- so helpful! The gentleman at the counter was so patient and let us try several samples. The Hazelnut chocolate is delicious! smooth and creamy. would definitely go back!

Yum! Yum! Yum! I was trying to find an ice cream spot in Kalamazoo and Amorinos popped up as an option. It's inside Sawall, which I had seen on other Yelp reviews and found helpful. There is a single person at the gelato counter but she made me feel like she had all day to help me. Friendly, patient, and did a great job explaining my options. I tried the Tiramisu, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Pistachio flavored in a large bowl. Each tasted amazing but the chocolate was my favorite. Smooth texture with add ins for crunch. They also have $2.50 mini macrons with gelato inside .. such a great 2-bite treat (it was gone before I got my camera out). Stop by and treat yourself!

I just left Sawall’s. I frequently shop there out of convenience. The customer service has always been lacking. Today was the last time. They were following me so closely, one gentleman almost stepped on my shoes. One was so close I could see his name tag (Alex) I didn’t even have my glasses on! Neither asked if I needed any assistance. There was a young man that kindly took the time to help me locate a couple things as was putting my cart away to leave. As I was walking out

Really liked the taste of the gelato. The whole flower presentation is a bit gimmicky, but you can have any number of flavors even in the small one which I really appreciate!

Disappointing. Only okay, tastes nice enough but it is a real shame it isn't made fresh. There were a few ice shards in one of my flavors. Two of our children opted to have the rose shape, it looked very pretty and "instagram ready" but is no where near the quality of Via Gelato in Portage
