If you want to make an impact with Berts customized cookies ask for Holly. She is a magician with making yiur dreams come true in the world of sweets. I needed special cookies for a retirement party and boy was I pleased. So worth the price.

Holly from Bert’s made our wedding cake. She was so fabulous!! She went out of her way to make sure our cake and experience was perfect! Our guests raved about how great the cake tasted! It was moist and delicious!!!! We were so happy with Bert’s and would recommend to everyone!!!

So thankful for the convenience; selection and amazing staff at the Kilgore/Westnedge location! As there is no decent bakery I have yet to find in Northern Michigan; I make sure I stock up whenever I am in town, which I did over the weekend! Keep up the amazing work and delicious goodies!!!

Wasn't very impressed. Cheesecake was kind of bland. I got three flavors of cake slices, they all tasted the same.

Bert’s Bakery made the wedding cakes for both of my daughter’s weddings. They are professional, and will accommodate any of your ideas. Their attention to detail is evident. They were prompt for delivery and made our dessert table look beautiful. We had so many compliments from our guests. The cakes were fresh and their cake flavors are amazing. I would recommend Bert’s Bakery with 100% confidence!!

I popped in for the first time to pickup a birthday treat for myself and was elated to see the variety and quality of beautiful desserts they have (especially for the low prices!!). Can’t wait to swing by again, everything was as good as it looked. They also had some frozen GF cupcakes I took home to my GF husband :)

I ordered a cake with strawberry and hazelnut filling. Strawberries were there but there was no hazelnut. The cake was very sweet for us, might not be as sweet for others. But it was good. Its just disappointing telling my child she is getting her favorite combo and its just not. People were amazing and im sure it was an honest mistake.

What a great place. They made our wedding cake with a 2 wk notice. Picked it up the day before the wedding, mind you it's Friday at 430pm. Was miscommication on decorations. So they re made the cake before closing. That's customer service you don't see anymore! They went above and beyond Wow! Amazing job! You won't be disappointed here!!!

I had never heard of Bert’s bakery until 2023 when my now husband proposed and we were on the hunt for wedding cake. We tried their vanilla almond poppey cake at a wedding vendor open house and were in love! Booking with them was easy and they delivered our wedding cake right on time! Best cakes and desserts around!

We used Bert’s Bakery for our wedding and were so impressed! We met with the owner, Amy and worked with her up until our big day. She was so gracious and helpful. Helping us customize what was right for us and our wedding. She took a vision I had for our cake and exceeded expectations. The prices were so reasonable for all the choices we made and we received so many compliments on all the flavors we had, which was 9 and you can’t go wrong with any! Day of her husband dropped off and set up our cake and cupcakes very professionally and was so cautious of all the details. Thank you Amy and your staff for making our day so sweet!

Meh. It was fine. Kinda felt like we were in the way of other things and we were the only customers. Maybe it was training a new person. Everything we ordered was wrapped in plastic except the cream horn and it was just ok too.

They also have flowers. Can't speak on that.

The custom cupcakes they made my little one’s birthday party were a huge hit with everyone and DELICIOUS. My first time using you guys and I will absolutely be a regular from here! Thank you for the hard work on our treats :)
