Passing by saw a coffee ☕ chain never heard of. Kinda reminds me of Dunkin. Walk inside, warm welcome, answer my questions, gave a recommendation, employees are smiling and enjoying themselves. Seems they carry a little bit of everything for people, food, drinks, tea, coffee. Spots in here for people to sit down, use wifi and plug in laptops.

Drinks were good. Asked if I could "try the turkey sandwich". I probably could have said "the seasonal turkey sandwich" but the girl responded by rolling her eyes and saying "which one". I couldn't find it on the menu other than the quick flash on the advertisement board so I just said don't worry about. Wish she had cared. If she had even asked which one without the eye roll it could have been a different experience. The manager knows who she is; the manager watched it happen, but I'm sure didn't see the eye roll.

The staff at this Biggby are AWESOME!!! They were so friendly and welcoming, they are so fast when making drinks, and were glad to answer any questions I had. I also saw them cleaning every table and chair in the store!!! This Biggby is amazing!!!!

I ordered a Frozen coca Carmella and was given some find of frozen coffee not happy since I do not like
Unhappy! I ordered a waffle sandwich with vegan cheese instead of cheddar. I was asked if I wanted vegan sausage, I said "no just regular was fine". I got a waffle with only cheese. Went back through only to be told management does not allow food replacement--even if communication error-- without repaying for the item!!! No place does this! Ridiculous! Plus, it had been microwaved too long so my tiny $7 waffle with just cheese was so hard I couldn't even eat it. I will NEVER be back. Total waste of $!!!

Location does not have a drive through. When I got my frozen coffee it had a flat lid making it feel like I didn't get the usual amount of whipped cream on top and wasn't provided a straw, however they did have some off to the side, but they weren't the wider straws for frozen drinks and I discovered that it had a hole in it making it difficult to drink.

I ordered a Pear-adise drink which I have had a dozen or more times. This time it was absolutely gross. There was no flavor. When I talked to both servers because I couldn’t even drink it they insisted they made it right. Lately I’ve dealt with nothing but rude staff here at the west main Biggby. The only reason I come here is because they offer their own bogo. But honestly it’s not even worth it. West main used to be a great store now I would recommend people to the biggby in Mattawan 15min away. The environment and the drinks are 1000% better at Mattawan. Hope this review saves some people from the rude staff and gross drinks.
