I just left after having the most magnificent experience with the shift lead Shelbie who was running things on her own while her team was tending to other things. She was super pleasant, friendly, and quick with her service. While this isn't my normal biggby to stop at I will be sure to come back here again after having such a wonderful interaction with the staff Shelbie.
Krysta is a great barista, she is friendly and helpful.! She helped me find some sugar free drink options and took the time to tell me nutritional information so I could make a good choice.
Kyler does an amazing job every time he takes care of me, greeting with a smile and knowing my order by heart. Everyone does a great job, as well, making it worth the drive across town to MY Biggby's!
