Walked in to Bigby on WestMain, Saturday afternoon. I was served by Lily. She made my drink with precision and had amazing customer service. She asked me how my day was, and what I had going on. I can't believe she's not a manager because she handle the busy environment so well.

This store was not staffed appropriate for a Saturday morning. There were only 2 barista and they were slammed. It took me almost 10 minutes to place my order and over 15 more minutes to get my order. They were working hard and very friendly, but could have used another set of hands.

We love their weekend and holiday deals and BOGOs they regularly offer! Noah provided us with friendly, exceptional service and made us the best sweet foam cold brew Tiger Stripe ever! To our baristas, Noah and Grace, I pray you guys would know, love, and seek Christ and His Kingdom. Amen!
