I have a crippling Caffeine addiction, so going to Biggby before my shift is a MUST. Keisha is always wonderful and has a smile on her face. She even remembers my drink order when I come in. She absolutely deserves a raise!
My order was correct and staff was courteous. Clean and well supplied. My only comment would be that orders were not completed as taken. The customer behind me received their order significantly before me. Otherwise great experience!
I only come to w.main for my coffee and Everytime I'm treated like a celebrity the way they are always so much fun and enjoy there job God bless everyone whom share so much excitement at there job.Thank you Again.
