The baristas are always nice here, but the store is always out of something or something is broken. The service is also crazy slow. If I have to go out of my way to visit an inside only store, I expect quicker service. Not the case here. I do appreciate they run excellent specials, and the coffee is average for a Biggby.

Parking: Huge parking lot. Never an issue getting a close spot.

The staff is friendly unless you ask to have your sandwich re heated. I understand this isn’t supposed to be a gourmet restaurant but the bagel was stale they didn’t add cream cheese to my sandwich and to top it off the sandwich was cold. The last thing that did it for me was that my drink was not mixed nor did it have any of the coffee in it

If Google says it closes at 8pm, it should be 8pm. My family came at 7:50, as much as I'd hate to be that customer... I understand it was a bit late but it was a real dissappointment, not sure what the circumstances were but we were refused service.
