We tried their pizza with one of our friend and his wife. The pizza was great. It felt like a fusion between Detroit style and Chicago style pizza. Maybe this is how pizza is meant to be at Kalamazoo, in between both 😉
Stopped in for a quick bite and beer after golf. Sydnee was our server and was phenomenal. One of our friends was with us and loves to tease the workers. As quick as he dished it out Sydnee gave it right back. She was funny and gave excellent service. The food as always was good and the honey blond looked more like an amber but was still tasty.
I will be straight-up honest that I can't rate the food because I didn't try any (no dairy for me). However, I was with a large group of about 25 people. We only had one unfortunate waiter who drew the short straw that night and got stuck with us all. He rocked it out of the park, though! Our cups were always half full or full and the others in my group said their food was hot, fresh, and delicious. And, I mean, come on, Bilbo's may only be local but you must know...
