Food was amazing!!! Scallops melted like butter in your mouth. Grilled octopus was delicious. Sat at the bar after we finished dinner. Staff was support friendly and made great drinks. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Kalamazoo!

My significant other and I wanted to try a new restaurant prior to an event so I picked Brick and Brine. We parked in the Radisson parking garage and then it was a fairly long walk to get to the restaurant. Once we arrived, we were quickly seated at our table. Our server was great - attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, checked back frequently. The food was delicious. The restaurant is very modern. We didn't have a lot of time, but we will be back. Well done, Brick and Brine!

Love! Oysters was some of the best we have had. Scallops were cooked perfect and my husband also loved his duck. Cleaned the plate and left no room for desert. We will be back!

Austin was the best. He made us feel so special. The food was amazing. It was my nieces birthday and we had a blast. The walleye special and the fried chicken were the best!! The specialty cocktails did not disappoint. We will be back.

It's a special occasion place for us but it's consistently amazing and the service is always great!
Very upscale classy nice vibe however service very slow I feel that it could be more prompt I spent 2 hours there and seen my server 3 times not sure if they just don't really care because they get their gratuity automatically or if they just can't help how the wait is due to serving lots of people but it definitely would make it great if service was better and faster!

My mother and I were celebrating eating our birthdays and everything was amazing! The food was exceptional, presentation great. Service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because the server took our parking ticket to validate and when my husband went to get our car out to come back and pick my 84 yr old Mom and I, the ticket wasn't validated and he'd left his wallet with me, so he couldn't get out. And I had to walk to the parking garage in order for him to get out
