We had an excellent dining experience. Whitney is a treasure! She made my daughter's birthday a very special event. Thank you!
Great Experience. Very good food. Not unreasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. Will definitely try again.
We had an amazing experience at Brick & Brine! We were celebrating a birthday and they really made the birthday girl feel special which was amazing. The service was spectacular and food was top notch! Would highly recommend this place.
Fantastic experience for a business dinner. The roasted duck was excellent, especially with the Foie Gras. Very happy to have found one of my favorite Spanish wine als well. Great Cocktails and Travis was outstanding as our waiter. All around a very enjoyable experience.
I enjoy Brick and Brine for the laidback atmosphere and the upscale vibe. I've been to the bar for happy hour, dined with young adults, and friends in general. Everyone has had a great experience. The menu is varied, and options are good - not TOO many. Service is top notch.
Such a great experience with great food, service and views. Loved the place and can't wait to go back,
We had a relatively good experience except for two things. While paying $58 for lamb chops (2), they were of very average quality - Kind of tough devoid of taste. They had asked if it were a special occasion, and we reluctantly said it was my birthday. So I was given a menu that said Happy Birthday with a few rose petals sprinkled in middle of table. You would think that when spending almost $200 for a dinner for two (no dessert), one might get a sliver of cake or truffle for the special occasion. But we only got an annoying person come to our table and take a Polaroid picture of us. While I'm sure intentions were good, it was very, very annoying. Otherwise I would have said Brick & Brine is a classy place - but drop the Polaroid lady. It was bizarre.
Food just never disappoints. Chefs are simply always on point. Predictable a delighful evening from start to finish every course along the way.
Our server Nick was very personable. He was training another server and everything went great.
Food was amazing!!! Scallops melted like butter in your mouth. Grilled octopus was delicious. Sat at the bar after we finished dinner. Staff was support friendly and made great drinks. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Kalamazoo!

Server was great. We liked the musician playing. The food was really good. It was a little tough to find for being out of towners and some construction.
My significant other and I wanted to try a new restaurant prior to an event so I picked Brick and Brine. We parked in the Radisson parking garage and then it was a fairly long walk to get to the restaurant. Once we arrived, we were quickly seated at our table. Our server was great - attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, checked back frequently. The food was delicious. The restaurant is very modern. We didn't have a lot of time, but we will be back. Well done, Brick and Brine!
Love! Oysters was some of the best we have had. Scallops were cooked perfect and my husband also loved his duck. Cleaned the plate and left no room for desert. We will be back!
Another experience at Brick and Brine that did not disappoint. Ericka, our server, was wonderful! The food and drinks were delicious. Roger checked in on us to make sure things were doing well and we even had a complimentary polaroid picture taken. Thank you!
Brick and Brine never disappoints. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there and appreciated the thoughtfulness of staff. Our food was delicious and nicely presented.
