Arancini was crispy in the outside with creamy arborio rice. Was deciding between the hanger steak and the pork chop and the server, who was knowledgeable and friendly, recommended the pork chop, as the best pork chop I’ll ever have. It was a great pork chop, super juicy due to overnight brine and cooked perfect to medium. The sides were great as well, pickled onions, roasted whole garlic bulb that can be used as a spread on the pork chop.
We held a family celebration of life luncheon for our mother here in April, and the staff and food were top notch.
