I have spent $300 on appointments since 2022 to see Klein. Which doesn't sound bad but I've never once had an issue heard or escalated. Since then my issues have progressed. Even so my last appointment was 9 MINUTES LONG. I paid $100 for that!I hate that nothing has been done for me and I've wasted money. I will have to switch providers. Very disappointed.

I love how Doctors can be late but you can't wife appointment was at 9:45am had us here at 9:30am it's now 10:06 and no Doctor they need to be called out for them being late for the appointments they set up

He is kind, caring, genuine and treats you like family. He answers all questions, calls with results and explains results in layman's terms so you understand. Excellent bed side manner and always follows up with your emergency care, including on weekends. You will not a find better then Dr. John Hunt, he is one of only a few doctors remaining whom treat you as a human and not a number. My family and I have been blessed to have him as our family doctor, a true caring physician and friend.

Great Doctor's and easy to get an appointment, you don't have to wait 5 weeks to get in.

I'm unable to send a personal message to my PA, Jodi Wertz. I don't want to pay for another office visit and would like to talk to her on the phone. This problem, isn't medical. I'm wondering if anyone is checking My Chart for messages as I have sent two messages and no answers. My daughter works in a medical office at Bronson and they return all My Chart messages within 24 hours, sometimes the same day.

Since coming to this practice, I have called in for my husband’s medication to be refilled every month. As of today when I called in his medication they said that he has to talk to them in order to have it refilled. We have signed paperwork for this reason and I have had no issues til today. The woman Rebecca told me that no one should be letting me refill his medication. That’s funny because it is documented and his doctor has put in refills countless times for me for the past 7 years. Someone needs to learn their job. So no he’s out of medication and his doctor is out of the office. Bravo

I have just moved and will be changing Doctors but I always thought this office did an excellent job.

I am deeply disappointed in this doctor office after being a patient for so long. They used to really care about their patients, but that seems to have gone away. It's become such a hassle to schedule any appointments because they're so overbooked (several months out), they say they'll fill your prescription then never do, and the doctor barely stays in the room to look you over or listen to you making you feel so insignificant.

Had good experience here would recommend. Dr Wertz is caring and listens to your needs. When I have a question it gets answered. I never had anyone be rude. I enjoy having this as my doctor office.
