My husband and I rarely do takeout because we never get what we paid for. Picking up the bogo wings on Thursday I was ready for disappointment because we ordered alot. I was so surprised and happy to see everything was PERFECT and even received a couple extra boneless wings. Thanks so much for the great experience 😀!
I came in the restaurant at 8:00, had to ask for a server(who was sitting down at a table for 10 minutes) to get the bar tender because they were at the back. They made a mistake on the burger, but they fixed it right away. It was very empty for a BWW. I would argue it is poor training practices more than poor management. Still the management could use some work.
The server Brittney was absolutely amazing. Made sure we had everything as soon as possible and made sure we knew all of our options. Even helped us pick some food.
