Their service is pretty mid. I don't like standing around, waiting to be greeted for ten minutes. This has happened almost every time I order a pickup order. I also don't care to see workers outside the building, smoking, while wearing their aprons. They prepare our food wearing those same aprons. Yucky.
The food here is just ok. The wings have been getting smaller throughout the years. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Service is usually slow, as well as how long it takes for the food to be made. They usually have a good variety of craft beer.
