The cost is a bit higher than expected with the 18% gratuity and the food is okay, from being supplied Gordon food service possibly. The choice of food is limited to American style only. Just remember that it is also the hotel breakfast. It's not quality restaurant food. Small buffet selection basically: eggs, bagels, waffles, fruit, cereal and your choice of meat if you wish.

Giving it a three star, because the food is decent...pretty basic, but the service was GREAT. Everyone was so nice and welcoming especially the chef who cooked our omelettes, but It's way over priced for the basic food options and you are forced to provide an 18% tip even though it's a buffet and you aren't being waited on. You have to get up and make your plate, waffles, get your own beverage...all that comes with a buffet, but for some reason, they require the 18%. For that reason, I won't be going back, but I did appreciated the great customer service!

Great spot for brunch! Excellent service - I mentioned to the host that I’m vegan, and before I knew it, the chef had come out to lay out what vegan options were available at the buffet, and even offer some off-menu options (sautéed veggies, hummus, etc). I ended up having oatmeal with nuts, peanut butter, and cinnamon / fruit toppings and a bowl of cereal with oat milk on the side. Everything tasted great, and I was grateful for the individual service and attention :) Awesome staff and experience!

We recently had our wedding at the Radisson and came here for our morning after brunch. We were able to reserve a room just for our wedding guests for a few hours, so people could come and go as they pleased and all be together. Everyone complimented the food. There was a wide range of choices, and the omelette station was particularly popular. They also offer breakfast appropriate alcoholic drinks, and I enjoyed the mimosa flight. It was great to have an option like this available right in the hotel.

Quite possibly the best breakfast experience I've ever had! Everything was beyond satisfactory. This will be a place I come back to anytime I'm out this way again!!

They validate parking for the garage across the street. Same level as the skywalk.

The morning dish is a nice place for breakfast when you are needing a change. In the beautiful Radisson, it is a very nice breakfast buffet. But the shining star is the omelette freshly made for you. This omelette will be one of the fluffiest, tastiest omelettes you have ever had.

Visiting in from the ATL area to see my mother and grandmother for Mothers Day. I was recommended this restaurant, but unfortunately did not have a service experience. Sarah (the supervisor) was extremely rude to not only myself. Specifically due to payments and their systems errors. However, the waitresses/waiters were really nice and polite. I would give this place another try, but I’d prefer attending a day Sarah is not working.

The servers don't wait on you. I sat at table for 10 minutes and no one came to table. They don't ask you when you get there if you would like anything to drink besides coffee, tea, water, or juice. You have to go to cashier to order adult drinks and 18% gratuity is included. So, I would say that I will not return because I expect to be waited on if I'm expected to pay gratuity before I even sit down.

Virtually nonexistent staff, We had called ahead for reservations a week in advance when we got there we were shown our table. We stood up to go to the breakfast bar by the time we got back maybe 7 to 8 minutes. The staff seated somebody else at our table. We were unable to be reseated. I guess that's why they have you pay upfront. I had to apologize to my business associates on behalf of the restaurant. Needless to say, I don't think we'll be returning.

First visit, it was awesome. Best compliment I can offer is that we are already making plans to return. Gratuity is included with the purchase of the buffet, but that sure doesn't stop the staff from providing 5-star service! For the cashier to the waitstaff, cooks, and service personnel, literally everyone greeted us and made sure our every need was met. This was true service with a smile and all of the employees worked together to take care of everyone. Great to see. Okay, so, the food...made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, you name it, the made-to-order folks are happy to do their best to make you smile. 2 make-it-yourself waffle irons that each produce four mini-waffles, with fresh whipped cream, strawberries, cinnamon apples, chocolate chips, and all sorts of goodies to go on top. Selection of breakfast pastries, breads, and bagels. Fresh apple and orange juice. Biscuits and sausage gravy. Sage pork sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, Sriracha breakfast potatoes, and more stuff I'm sure I forgot to mention. Mimosa flights if you need a bit of bubbly. Other adult beverages available if you need to start the day with a buzz. All of this is served up in a spotless, well-lit, comfortable setting. We came here because of the positive Google reviews, now I add my own to the mix.Great stuff here. We will return!

Parking: You can usually find free street parking nearby. If not, the restaurant will validate for up to 3 hours in the hotel parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here and they'll probably like it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible.

We absolutely loved this place. The buffet was amazing, a variety of choices, they had a omelet and egg station where someone cooked it for you, juice and coffee are included in the buffet but it was an amazing time. We also got to see Santa for free, they had where you could decorate an ornament for free and a hot chocolate bar and a cookie bar it was absolutely amazing.

This is a nice place for breakfast if you are looking for lots of options. It is a buffet, and you pay before being seated; this was new to us since the last time we had been here. It was initially off putting, especially having to pay an 18% gratuity (tip) before getting anything to eat or drink (which means the $18 per person is really $22 with taxes/tip)…but maybe this was a good idea? All of the staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be at work on a Sunday morning; could it be because they knew they were already getting that tip and didn’t have to hustle for it? Anyway, the food was great and there is an omelet station; I just wanted over-easy eggs and it was done quickly by the chefs. Food was replenished well and we didn’t leave hungry. One change I wasn’t fond of was the lack of fresh-squeezed orange juice. Years ago there was a machine that did it in front of you. I would love to see this come back. I would also like another juice option; there was OJ and apple, but cranberry would be nice, too.Overall a great, relatively unknown place for breakfast that is in our rotation. They will validate parking from the garage as well.

Parking: They will validate parking.

Great place for breakfast staff was amazing. Only issue I had was Kalamazoo had some sort cancer walk and they blocked off the roads and wouldn't let car go through and wouldn't stop the walks to let traffic go.
