Nate is *super* knowledgeable and it's been very fun to try some of his more inventive roasts, including my current favorite which is infused with notes of tequila!We typically use the beans for pour overs and Nate helped my husband figure out exactly what equipment he needed for grinding beans to the perfect consistency at home.I enjoy sampling whatever Nate is brewing each weekend at the KZoo farmers market -- I highly recommend stopping by, saying hello to him and his son and treating yourself to an excellent cup of coffee!“

The quality of the coffees are outstanding, who could ask for anything more? By the way, when I get a non-fat latte in the store, I'm ALWAYS amazed at the thick and rich foam on the top. The secret is in the equipment, I was told. Sorry Starbucks, but you can't hold a candle to that fine quality experience!“
