Cookies are always great.. but the staff is very bland! They never greet you and barely speak! For cookies that cost almost $10/each a little friendlier customer service would be nice! Their attitudes just don’t fit the aesthetic!
I love their little store. They have everything sit up nicely. Not only that but when you walk in you can smell the Crumbl cookies. And when they make it they do a good job at showing you the cookies before you walk out. And they do a good job making sure it’s pretty and perfect before you walk out the store with it.
Best cookies I have had in a long time I’m not a big cookie fan but I will be going back in fact this will probably be the only place I get my cookies from now on lbvs and omg they r huge
