I’ve been to Cumin Indian Cuisine on Stadium Drive several times, and the food is always consistently delicious—tonight was no different. The flavors were great and exactly what I’ve come to expect.

Unfortunately, the service felt off this visit. It was slow, and while to-go orders seemed to be moving quickly, our dine-in experience didn’t match. Our meals didn’t come out together, so my husband waited for mine, and his food ended up getting cold.

We had a fantastic dinner at Cumin Indian Cuisine tonight. I ordered the lamb biryani at spice level 7, and it was absolutely delicious. The dish was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, and the lamb was incredibly tender.
My wife ordered the butter chicken, which was silky smooth and packed with rich flavor. We kept dipping our naan into the butter sauce because it was just that good.
As a surprise, we were offered rice pudding for dessert....

We stopped in here on our way to Chicago. Ordered Chicken momos, kulcha, lamb korma and chicken jalfrezi. Momos paired with the red chutney were absolutely delicious! The Kucha and Lamb Korma were good. The chicken and veggies in Chicken Jalfrezi were undercooked.
The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I may stop by again if I driving by, just for the momos!
